January 2012 Chapter Leader Best Practice Conference Calls The January 2012 Chapter Leader Best Practice Conference Calls were a success! Chapter Leaders gathered by chapter size to discuss recent chapter successes and struggles and shared best practices and great ideas to assist one another. The call notes and documents shared from the Orlando chapter are available below. Chapter Best Practices Call Notes (.pdf) Become an IFMA ENERGY STAR! IFMA has launched a six-month energy challenge for North American chapter and council members. The challenge encourages members to use the online ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager to benchmark their building's energy performance against similar facilities. Chapters will compete for having the most participants; and councils will compete for the most ratable and unique/non-ratable buildings.
