SFP Chapter Champions

To all SFP Champs—thank you for committing to aid in IFMA’s effort to spread the word about the newest credential: the Sustainability Facility Professional.  As the designated SFP Champ, you have agreed to:

  • Become fully knowledgeable about the SFP credential in order to share program requirements and benefits with chapter members and other professionals in the region. (IFMA will present a webinar to bring all champs up-to-speed on the credential.)
  • Solicit quotes and testimonials from current chapter/regional SFPs and credential candidates, organize and forward to IFMA headquarters for use in promotional materials.
  • Lead a brief presentation during local chapter events, outlining specifics about the SFP credential, and distribute informational fliers to attendees.
  • Follow up with those who express interest in a personal email.

Below you will find a PowerPoint presentation and fliers to distribute at meetings in order to help members become more familiar with the value of the SFP. You will also find email copy that you may use as a template when you follow up with interested candidates.
